Returns policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received.

 

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within 7 days. We ask for photo verification of the damaged goods sent to [email protected], then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

 

Lost items:

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date: [email protected]
