We take about 2-5 business days to create your custom mugs. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.

Estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
International: 10-20 business days

Customs fees and duties

International shipping: International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the customer.
